Once you purchase a Title 24 Report, we will send you an email indicating we have received your payment. In this email, we provide a link to a "Project Technical Information" form. Please fill out this form and send it to us. We cannot process your Title 24 Report until we have this Technical Information. Once we have assembled all of the required information for the Title 24 analysis, we will enter it into our analysis program and determine if your design meets the State Energy Efficiency Requirements. If your project meets those standards, we will file it with CHEERS. Then we will issue you a Title 24 Report via email to submit to your local building and/or planning department. This process generally takes 3 to 7 days to complete after you have submitted the technical information we require to perform the analysis. If your project does not meet the State requirements as designed, we will suggest changes you can make to bring your plans into alignment with the State Energy Efficiency Requirements. Once you have chosen among our suggested plan design changes, we will re-run your Title 24 analysis. At this point we will achieve a Title 24 Report that meets the State requirements. We include two (2) Title 24 Report analysis attempts with your purchase. If more analysis attempts are required, we will contact you via email and make new contractual agreements.
